My wife Anna and I realized a dream in 1996 when we purchased a very special log home that was just completed. We have come to think of it as our Star Lake Retreat. Having vacationed in the area for the prior ten years, Star Lake was our special vacation spot for fall colors and spring cross country skiing. We loved the area and as our family grew, we enjoyed what it had to offer year round.
Beginning in 1997, we started sharing our second home by renting it to many wonderful families and groups. We hope that you take time to vacation in our breathtaking log home and find out why visitors keep coming back.
