Absolutely No Smoking In Our Home
A recepticle for cigarettes, etc. provided outside main entrance. Smoking in facility can result in loss of damage deposit.
Reservation Policies
Fifty percent of rental fee and completed, signed reservation form required to hold reservation.
Balance of rental fee and separate $500.00 damage deposit check due 60 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit check will remain intact and returned to renter thirty days after departure given renter has not caused damage to property. Damage deposit checks have consistently been returned to our guests thus far.
Cancellation/Return Policy
100% return of entire rental fee if 90 day notice given. 50% return of entire rental fee, when paid, if 60 day notice given. Less than 60 day notice, 50% return if re-rented. No return if not re-rented. Check-in 3 PM - Check-out 10 AM
